CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that we have a cancellation policy that requires notification at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 30% of the full service cost. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 1 hour prior to the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the full service cost. Additionally, deposits are non-refundable. To secure your appointment, a deposit must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of your appointment. Regarding lateness, we offer a 15-minute grace period. However, if you fail to show up within 15 minutes, you will be charged 100% of the full service cost. Rescheduling Guidelines:We offer flexibility to our clients by allowing up to two reschedules for any service or appointment without any additional charges. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. After two reschedules, any further requests to reschedule will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 40% of the full service cost.This fee helps to ensure that we can continue to provide timely service to all our clients and manage our schedule effectively. We appreciate your understanding.
